Select the way you want to see it, Hybrid, Satellite, or just plain old map. Just type in the location you want and the map will zoom on the screen with the location marked by a map pin. Notice in the first graphic that all that was necessary to find a hospital of birth is to type in the name of the hospital, the city and state (or Province/Land, etc.). Opps maybe that is the location of the administration office, not the maternity ward. No problem, just touch the map pin and drag it to the right place. What’s that you say, born in a taxi on the way to the hospital and delivered by the cab driver? Assuming you have the street address where the cab stopped for the delivery, just type it in. Notice that the correct latitude and longitude are displayed at the bottom of the screen. As you drag the map pin, if you have to, they will change to track where the map pin goes. Bad news for the publishers of printed atlases, but good news for the astrologer. XorAtlas can get you the latitude and longitude for any point on earth to the minute of arc.
